Where do you ship to?
- We are happy to announce we now ship worldwide!
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
- Returns on unclaimed packages will be given a refund of the total cost minus shipping.

How long will it take to receive my order?
- Processing and shipping times vary for each order. Socks and jewelry are usually sent out within 2-3 business days. Shirts take 3-7 business days to process as they are custom printed for each order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Please allow 14-21 business days to fulfill orders consisting of shirts. As they are custom printed, the warehouse sends finished shirts to us, where we ship it to you. It's worth the wait, promise!

May I get a tracking number?
- Yes. All orders include tracking. When your order is fulfilled, you'll receive an email with the tracking number. If for some reason you don't receive this email, please email support(@)cutedose.co and we can send you your tracking number.
Will you email me when my order is shipped out?
- Yes. You will get a confirmation email when you have placed your order, and when your order is dispatched.
How can I pay?
We currently accept PayPal, major credit cards, and Bitcoin payments. All payment gateways can be found at checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order?
- Yes. Please immediately email [ support @ cutedose.co ] for assistance. If the order is already processed we will work with you to fix the problem.
Anonymous Care Package Information
- Care packages are sent anonymously, unless the purchaser leaves their name on the card. In the event the recipient of the package requests the name of the sender, Cute Dose may or may not release the name of the sender at its' sole discretion.
